The aroma sort of surprised me at first because I genuinely didn't know what I was expecting (I don't come across toffee every day.) To me, it smells like if black lickerish and caramel had a baby (I guess that's what toffee smells like? I could be wrong) and it's almost like...smoky? It's very interesting; you should totes by this candle if you're as curious as I was.
