Domestic United States: First Class and USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 business days
Canada: International First Class and Priority Mail International: 5-7 business days

We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards.

Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds will only be issued if a cancellation is requested within 12 hours of placing an order.
If you receive a damaged product, we will send you a replacement within 3-5 business days upon notification and photos of the damage. Please notify us immediately - and include photos of the damaged candle and any damage to the shipping box - so that we may resolve the issue right away.
Bulk pricing & Special events

We have provided custom candles for weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, and even funerals. We can offer bulk purchase discounts for orders of 10 or more 9 oz. candles, and 15 or more 4 oz. candles. Contact us for more information.

Our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax making them eco-friendly, vegan-friendly, cruelty-free, gluten-free, and cage-free.

Allergies & Sensitivities
We would be happy to answer any questions you have about certain fragrances in any candles you are interested in purchasing. A fragrance-swap can be arranged if necessary.
